Our services kick off the minute we sign a single coordinated building maintenance agreement. Through this agreement, we manage and supervise all sub-contract maintenance of HVAC, generators, boilers, water treatment, elevators, fire alarm systems, elevators maintenance, UPS systems, billing, BMS, among others.  This is not all; we also perform daily site inspections for preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance actions. We also provide pro-active management presence to maintain tenant relations.
